Brew Number 94

  • Brewcraft's Mountain Goat Pale Ale clone
    • 1.7kg Black rock IPA LME
    • Brewcraft Brewblend #10 (250g maltodextin, 750g dextrose)
    • 15g Golding hops (in a teabag)
    • 800g white sugar so I can bring it out to 23L
    • Saf-Ale S04 lager yeast

Brought out to 23L in fermenter #?.

The yeast has an apparent attenuation of 70% If that is so the final gravity should be...
FG = (SG - 1000) * (1 - AA/100) + 1000 
   = ((1047 - 1000) * (1 - 70/100)) + 1000
   = 1014.1

Notes
  • Steeped hops tea bag for 10 minutes.
