- 1.7kg Black rock IPA LME
- Brewcraft Brewblend #10 (250g maltodextin, 750g dextrose)
- 15g Golding hops (in a teabag)
- 800g white sugar so I can bring it out to 23L
- Saf-Ale S04 lager yeast

The yeast has an apparent attenuation of 70% If that is so the final gravity should be...

= ((1047 - 1000) * (1 - 70/100)) + 1000
= 1014.1
