  • Goliath Federation Old Dark Ale
  • Coopers Lager Malt extract
  • Wyeast 1214 Belgian Ale Yeast

Was brought out to 23L. Yeast pitched at 25.1 C

Apparently the yeast has an apparent attenuation of 72-76% If that is so the final gravity should be...
FG = (SG - 1000) * (1 - AA/100) + 1000 
   = ((1038 - 1000) * (1 - 74/100)) + 1000
   = 1009.8

Notes
  • Split the old 400mL yeast starter in half and put half in the beer.
  • Made a new starter with ~300mL of wort.
  • Used 200g priming sugar
  • Got 56 stubbies from 22L
