  • Brewcraft's Little Creatures Pale Ale clone
    • 1.7kg Black rock India Pale Ale LME
    • Brewcraft Brewblend #10 (750g dextrose, 250g maltodextin)
    • 15g Golding hops (in a teabag)
    • Saf-Ale S-04 dry ale yeast

Brought out to 23L in fermenter #?.

The apparent attenuation is not shown, if we guess 70%.. 
FG = (SG - 1000) * (1 - AA/100) + 1000 
   = ((1043 - 1000) * (1 - 70/100)) + 1000
   = 1012.9

Notes
  • Steeped hops tea bag for 10 minutes.
  • Fermented at 19.5C (XXX: controller broken so kind of random)
  • Used 160g of priming sugar.
  • Got 59 375mL stubbies from 23L of beer.
