Notes
- Boiled ~500mL water with honey and spices for ~25mins, skimmed scum off the top.
- Strained out cinnamon using sieve when transferring to fermenter.
- Used 400mL of the starter.
- Temperature set at 21C
- Used 160g of priming sugar.
- Got 60 375mL bottles from 23L of mead.
