Was brought out to 19L. Yeast pitched at 23.87C. Used fermenter #1.
Apparently the yeast has an apparent attenuation of 74% If that is so the final gravity should be...
FG = (SG - 1000) * (1 - AA/100) + 1000
= ((1057 - 1000) * (1 - 74/100)) + 1000
= 1017.7

Notes
- Boiled with finishing hops for 2 minutes.
- Used 200mL of the 1st generation starter made on 29/11/07.
- Fermented at 20C.
- Sparged with ~700mL of water (was very thick in the sieve)
- Used 120g * 19L/23L = 100g of priming sugar.
- Got 49 375mL stubbies from 19L of beer.
