Brew Number 57
- Gumpy's "Belfast Gold" Stout kit
- 1.7 kg Grumpy's Dark LME (34 IBUs, I think - this one had some hop oil with it)
- Wyeast #1275 (Thames Valley) (1st generation - 19/09/07)
Was brought out to 19L. Yeast pitched at 24.62 degrees. Used fermenter #2.
Apparently the yeast has an apparent attenuation of 77% If that is so the final gravity should be...
FG = (SG - 1000) * (1 - AA/100) + 1000
= ((1051 - 1000) * (1 - 77/100)) + 1000
= 1011.7

Notes
- Boiled with finishing hops for approx 3 minutes.
- Used 200mL of the 1st generation starter made on 19/09/07, made some more with the last 100mL.
- Beer fermented at 18C.
- Got 51 375mL bottles from 19L.
- Used 160g of priming sugar.
- Appears it wasn't stuck but must have slowed down a lot.
