  • 1.7 kg Grumpy's Light LME (30 IBUs)
  • Wyeast #1332 (Northwest Ale) (3rd generation - 18/11/06)

Was brought out to 23L. Yeast pitched at degrees. Used fermenter #3.

Apparently the yeast has an apparent attenuation of 69% If that is so the final gravity should be...
FG = (SG - 1000) * (1 - AA/100) + 1000 
   = ((1047 - 1000) * (1 - 69/100)) + 1000
   = 1014.6

  • Boiled with finishing hops for 2 minutes.
  • Used 150mL of the 3rd generation starter made on 18/11/06.
  • Used 160g of priming sugar.
