Notes
- Mashed malt in 2.8L of water at 70C for 1 hour
- Sparged with 1.8L of water for 15 minutes
- Boiled malt extract for 1 hour with the lid on
- Pitched 350mL of yeast starter
- Used approx 500mL of wort for new starter plus 200mL of the old starter
- Used 190g of sugar to prime.
- Got 52 bottles from around 20L of beer.
